I would highly recommend KDW for their help and advice on securing the right mortgage for us. KDW spent a lot of time searching the market for a mortgage that best suited our needs. My wife and I moved in over the weekend and we can’t thank KDW enough for making the whole process so straight forward and painless.

We needed to raise money out of our property to help our daughter send our granddaughter to university. We didn’t have a mortgage anymore but did have a lot of collateral in our home. We raised a equity release mortgage through KDW, it was quick, painless and we felt supported and wisely advised on every step. We will definitely use them again for other financial advice.

From our initial meeting our adviser was friendly and welcoming; taking control of a very complex situation that involved refinancing two properties at once in order to release the funds required.
