We conduct an initial meeting with a client to discuss their current financial situation and discover what their financial aspirations are. This enables us to really get to know the client and establish the type of advice that they require.
The next stage sees us analyse the information we obtained at the initial meeting and start to source possible solutions. We will then develop a bespoke financial plan that meets the client’s goals.
Once the client’s financial plan is complete, we present our recommendations to the client ensuring that it is jargon free and easy for the client to understand. Depending on preference we can present this in person, over the phone or in writing.
Building a long term relationship with each individual client is integral to the service we provide at KDW. We recommend our clients have bi-annual reviews with their adviser to make sure their financial plan is still working effectively for them.
