Minnie has been gaining hands-on experience in the financial services industry from a young age, having completed work experience in the Hemel office since the age of 13. She is currently continuing her development through a Business Administration Apprenticeship, alongside her role within the team.
Alongside her apprenticeship, Minnie has already completed half of her Mortgage Qualification and plans to complete the remaining modules when she turns 18. Her early commitment to learning and professional growth reflects a strong ambition to build a long-term career within the industry.
