KDW Awarded ‘Shopper’s Choice’ by Mystery Shopper
We are delighted to announce that in a recent ‘Mystery Shopper’ for The Financial Adviser, Mark Mason was awarded the shopper's choice, scoring an impressive 34 out of 35!
The Mystery shopper approached five advisers in the North London area for mortgage advice on behalf of their mother. Their mother was looking to decrease her monthly mortgage payments as a result of a drop in income. However the situation was made slightly more complex due to the fact that she had previously defaulted on mortgage repayments on a number of occasions.
The Mystery shopper commented that Mark Mason ‘demonstrated good knowledge on the topic. He explained that rates offered to those with a history of defaults are high because of the heightened risk to the lender.’
They were left impressed by the detailed explanations provided by Mark.
